Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know before you start.
Everything we do — report retrieval, attorney consultation, medical and repair referrals, insurance help — is part of the integrated service we provide alongside our personal injury attorney partners. There's no cost to you, ever, for any of it.
Most reports arrive in your inbox within an hour during business hours, or by 10 AM the next business day if submitted overnight. A real person from our team also calls you back within 24 hours.
We retrieve reports from all four major Vegas-area agencies: LVMPD/Metro, North Las Vegas Police Department, Henderson Police Department, and Nevada Highway Patrol. We'll figure out which agency has yours from the details you give us.
Never — but if you want a free consultation with one of our attorneys about your case, that's included at no cost. Your call. No obligation either way.
You don't need it. We use your name, the date of the accident, and the city to find your report at the records office. The number isn't required on our end.
Yes. We encrypt your data in transit and at rest. We share your contact info with a partner attorney only if you opt in. We don’t sell or syndicate your information. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
